Very expensive stay for one night. 2 adults and 1 child and 1 infant. It was over $200. Nothing was in walking distance like I believed from reading the property information. I would find another cheaper hotel in the area next time. Breakfast was okay. Some variety and lots of space to eat inside or outside.

It was okay. The thing that was not okay was the fact that I was told fun food started at 2:00 pm upon check in and would last until 10:00 pm and that was not true. At 4:00 pm when my husband and I went downstarirs there was no "fun food". We see this as false advertising and we also counted on these snacks as our minimal sustenance.

We only stayed one night before a cruise but we will be back to explore the area for more days. This hotel was extremely clean and close to the terminals. They had an excellent breakfast in the morning as well.

Clean room, by the pool bar they allow smoking. When I walked into the lobby and said hello to the three people at the desk no one even bothered to look up they just kept speaking to each other so I stood there for a couple of minutes till one of them finally asked if I was checking in.

we’ve traveled a lot, but we have never had the kind of service the two desk clerks at your hotel gave us while we stayed there yesterday and today. Stephanie needs a pay raise. She was knowledgeable helpful about restaurants went out of her way to literally make our stay worthwhile. She did a fantastic job of that. We will be back there looking to stay when she’s on duty next time.
