Initially I thought all was fine until I laid in the bed and discovered it was soaked with someone’s urine. They did move me to another room, however I contacted the front desk about compensation because the room was pricey and I was majorly inconvenienced, not to mention disgusted. No one ever called me back. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

Smelly room/stained sofa mattress

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was the smell of “feet”. Like stinky teenager feet! I’m sure it was the carpet and in the filters of the air conditioners. I sprayed air freshener but it didn’t do much. When the sofa bed was pulled out, the mattress was heavily stained. Bathroom seemed clean enough. I know the hotel staff can smell the room so why not try and fix it?

Great central location for Coast activities

This chain offers great room layout options. These rooms were very large and we like the options for a separate living area and kitchenette. Breakfast buffet was good and open late. Thank you for the friendly desk staff at our 3am check-in. It had been a long day and we appreciated the good service.

I had the best experience here from the staff to the cleanliness of the property. The staff is helpful and kind. The rooms are huge and clean. The staff go an extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and happy. I would come stay here again and again. Thank you for making us feel comfortable even just for one night before a cruise!! The rooms are very nice and spacious. It’s super close to the cruise port. The pool area is really nice and there’s a bar and fire pit. The young receptionist wasn’t super friendly. Otherwise great hotel, will stay there again.

We had driven over 12 hours and couldn't check in at 4 pm. We had to wait 2 hours, and that's unacceptable. Once we get into the room and prepare to shower, there aren't enough towels and clothes for five people. That's the amount of guests that I had said were coming. There also wasn't any extra linens for the sofa sleeper. It took over an hour to receive linens. I sent my husband to get linens because it was talking too long. By the time we received our linens, we were asleep. At 8 pm, we were disturbed by a knock at the door with the linens. There was nothing but excuse after excuse. When you pay these prices for room, you don't expect this ttpe of service.

Na air in room. 80 degrees. Had to sleep in my car. Attendant told me I could move rooms at midnight. Wife was asleep, she didn’t mind to much and wasn’t Worth the hassle to pack everything up and move that late. So I slept in the car. Front desk said he’s all alone and couldn’t help. Ac was filthy in side.
