When we arrive there was no welcome pack like explained on the email! I booked a apartment with a balcony didn’t get the balcony, apartment wasn’t really clean black hairs in shower/bath Bed full of hairs, don’t feel fully clean. Had the ring emergency to get the WiFi details as there was no information how to get the details. When we arrived windows open and heating complicated how to use
