From the high ceilings to the airy layout, this mountain lodge is more than ready to assist in making the best memories with family and friends. Entertaining will be a breeze with the large flatscreen TV, free WiFi, and a gourmet kitchen boasting a gas range, breakfast bar seating, beautiful countertops, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup at the end of each tasty meal enjoyed with loved ones. Come summer, the spacious deck will be just the place to soak up the summer air and sip a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

When it is time to hit the hay, there are three floors to allow everyone to spread out and find their own peace and quiet. The lower floor offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms that are ensuite for two of the bedrooms. The main floor is home to the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Head upstairs and you will find the main bedroom boasting an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub that will be the perfect way to slip into relaxation mode each night.

Located a block off of Main Street, you and your guests will have no trouble hopping in the cart and making the quick half-mile drive into the heart of town. If a morning hike is on the agenda, check out North Tenmile Creek Trailhead, Mount Royal Trailhead, or Rainbow Lake Trailhead all located within a half-mile of home base. For more summer activities, Dillon Reservoir will be just the place to swim, boat, or simply chill out on the sand with a good book in hand. Not to mention, the skiers of the group will easily get their fill of powder at Copper Mountain (seven miles south) or Breckenridge Ski Resort (11 miles south).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
