Hotel seemed a little dated, and the room was not the cleanest. We found a dead mouse in one of the pool filters and let the spa know, it didn’t seem like they did much about it.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL. UPON ARRIVAL NO ONE OFFERED TO HELP US WALK OVER 100 ROOMS TO OUR ROOM WHERE WE DISCOVERED WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING, NO FAN IN ROOM UNTIL I CALLED TO REQUEST 2 COZ IT WAS SO HOT. THE GRASS OUTSIDE OUR ROOM WHERE WE WERE TO WALK OUR DOG WAS NOT MOWED AND THEY WERE BUILDING ACROSS THE WAY AND VERY NOISY WITH MUSIC AT 7AM! PLUS BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED! IT WAS JUST A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. MY DAUGHTER AND I BOTH HAVE DISABILITIES AND HAD TO WALK WAY MORE THAN WE SHOULD HAVE. WON'T COME HERE AGAIN. PLACE LOOKED NICE THOUGH... WHAT A SHAME

The room was nice except it took several coffee makers to find one that worked and the phone didn’t work, though they changed handset batteries. Lots of interruptions for all this. No microwave in room was a hassle. The few restaurants around lake were staffed by limited helpful people. Nowhere Pizza was filthy inside at start of day. Tried Bistro twice but no one around to seat or serve. Extremely overpriced paddle boat experience. I’ve been enjoying this resort for 30 years but won’t go back. When trying to rectify coffee makers the front desk lady was very rude. Still, I would say housekeeping was pleasant and Chris at front desk. Super disappointing.

First room I got smelled of urine. It was a dog friendly room, but the smell was really bad. Second room we got was sandwiched between a screaming baby and a small dog that constantly barked until 10pm. I called the front desk to let them know, and they already seemed to be aware of it, but the barking continued. We used to love staying here because of its convenience and dog-friendliness, but might need to reconsider for next time. The customer service was attentive and helpful, but the cleanliness and comfort wasn’t there.

I was particular impressed how quiet this hotel is. The room is very nice. the view was all right. Parking was easy. Even though the parking is across the street, there is a tunnel to cross the road to return to the resort. It is well lid, has cameras and make it easy to get to our car. We can unload prior to parking in front of the hotel. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable.
