Second time staying at this establishment. I felt my room was cleaner on my first visit. The carpet in my room had a lot of open tears and patches. Overall for the money and location I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the same hotel brand in Miami and had a good experience with the room quality, so I chose this hotel in Lancaster. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, but the room conditions were poor. The soundproofing was extremely bad—I could hear doors slamming, neighbors talking, and children running upstairs all night. The blackout curtains did not fully close, and a bright parking lot light shone directly into the room, making it hard to sleep. The TV remote was broken. When I entered the room, the TV was already on and could not be turned off, muted, or have the channel changed. Although staff replaced it, the problem returned later, and I had to unplug the TV to get some quiet. There were no USB outlets, and the bedding felt old. Good service, but outdated rooms ruined the experience.

No internet. Called front desk. They came up and were not able to get me on-line. No soap or conditioner in bathtub. Just two shampoo bottles attached to wall. Breakfast sitting area was disgusting. In dire need of reupholstering. I paid $347.07 per night for this mess.

Same breakfast for 4 days. WiFi in whole hotel was problematic. All the customers were complaining about it. Kept reporting it to the front desk but it was never resolved. I was very frustrated because I couldn’t finish work deadlines!

The internet was awful. We called the front desk and the phone was dead. We had to call the front desk with our cell phone. The man at the desk tried to help us and came to our room. He couldn't fix it so he called for software support. After the internet came back up so did the phone. He checked the hot water down by where ever it was near the front desk and a little while later it was back. I think they lower the heat setting on the water because it came on too quick. We had no hot water to speak of, medium cool at best. They only had one out of two elevators working. One night we wanted to watch a premium station and that wasn't working either. The pillows on the bed were not comfy at all. The only good thing was the breakfast.
