Nice property, staff and location. Room is cozy, clean and very functional. I liked much and stayed an extra night on my return to madrid. Gym and sauna and pool on higher floors also a plus, although I have not used.

First time in Madrid and i booked this hotel based on the reviews and i couldnt be more happier with the service. The breakfast is excellent with fresh and wide variety of choices, hotel is in the center and walking distance to alot of tourist places and shopping and the staff service is superb! Ahmed checked us in quick and smooth and the room is updated and bed is comfortable. Will def come back here if i visit Madrid again!

Staff were friendly and accomodating. The area was safe for family with kids. Metro station and bus stop is across the entrance of the hotel. It is right in front of plaza de españa. A lot of restaurants and stores for food options and daily necessities. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options, I especially liked the omelette station. We are actually going back here to stay for the last leg of our Spain vacation. The airport is about 20mins away for travel information.
