Poor customer service

Service is really poor specially from front desk staff. Pool closed, very limited amenities specially if you compare it to a Homewood Suites by Hilton which is what I believe they are trying to compare themselves to. Shuttle Van parks right infant of the property blocking the handicap parking spot next to the lobby. Housekeeping lady (one of them don't remember her name) was king enough to gift me a water bottle when I asked if they din't provide any. Other than that not worth it.

Very convenient - we’ve stayed before on arriving into Miami airport before travelling on. Free onsite parking - very welcome (and increasingly rare!) Would thoroughly recommend.

This hotel is nice. We got a very nice suite with a kitchenette and king size bed. We got the shuttle from the airport which was so easy. The o my downfall is that I can hear every time the next room over flushes their toilet or takes a shower. It’s pretty noisy.

Checkin process was excellent! We called the night prior to our stay to see about an early checkin, as our flight was arriving earlier than their stated checkin. We were told to show up with our bags, and they would try and accommodate. We showed up as suggested. Our room wasn't ready, but we were told they were working on cleaning it when we arrived and it should be ready in about 30-45 minutes. They took our luggage and locked them up in the checkin office, which allowed us to walk around. There was a restaurant next door, which we decided to visit while we waited. Breakfast was excellent, and up arrival back at the hotel our room was all set for us. EXCELLENT service!!
