Beautiful large lobby and rooms. We had a problem controlling the a/c. It blew too cold although we increased the temperature. Water pressure was low. All in all we really like this property and plan to return.

Wonderful, large kitchen with full size frig., dishwasher, and complete table service. Many creative breakfast choices, spinach feta bites, chicken planks, steak fries, free range eggs, various types of sausage, muffins and biscuits for sandwiches, and waffles. Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Shower gel empty ( staff remedied quickly) safe did not work. Bring your own hair conditioner ( none provided. Coffee in lobby after breakfast empty, but again staff accommodating with more coffee for room.

I came into town for my daughter’s new student orientation at the university and this hotel was amazing from the hospitality to the food to the cleanliness to the comfort of every rule this hotel I give a perfect 10 all the way of course the board

I like the general layout of the home 2 suite chain, however this stay was not as good as a different location. Room wasn’t cleaned nor beds made or amenities restocked on our 2nd night as promised. Bedding was missing from one bed. Some of the pillows smelled of body odor. Visibly dirty and dusty. Some toiletries left in the room from the last guest. Overall would not go back to this same location.

Upon check-in, hotel room did not have a pillow or blanket for the sofa bed. I had to keep going down to the front desk to request things that should have already been in the room. When housekeeping cleaned out the room, upon returning, they did not make up the bed or refill any items. They barely emptied the trash. This is unacceptable!!!
