The hotel carpeted areas were worn. Not happy t was not mentioned prior that you had to pay for parking. Seems odd that all had to pay a parking fee for the hotel parking lot!

It was a very pleasant stay and very affordable. The rooms are modern and very clean. The hotel is quiet during the time we went in November. There was plenty of parking. Pool is small but enjoyable. This hotel is about 17-20 minutes to Universal Studios and 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom. Will stay here again.

Comfortable stay

The stay was comfortable, pleasant, convenient, however some suggestions: in room explanation how to setup bluetooth radio, multiple trashcans, bags in trashcan, explanation of how lights turn on keycards. Exceeded: bartender service, she was amazing. Fail: parking costing $26 for overnight guest. Offer discount parking upon checkout for guests.

We loved staying here. Everything was extremely clean and the staff were friendly. We have no complaints. We do know many hotels charge for parking fees but if there were no parking fees? This place would be a 10/10.
