I stayed 4nights..housekeeping never cleaned our room once and didn't make beds or change linens.when I asked they said we do it every 3 days.also pool wasn't working either.and also they had no milk at breakfast 2days and ran out of eggs an hour b fore breakfast was over very poor preparation.i wouldn't recommend this place.

Water seeping through the floor in our room the entire stay (4 days). I reported the issue to the front desk and the only solution they provided was to have someone mop it up. Breakfast was subpar and not enough food prepared as they ran out of food most days. Most of the staff are unattentive and use their phone to translate English to the guests. Rooms are definitely dated.

Bedroom was extremely damp including bedding (which was extremely uncomfortable), hotel breakfast was terrible, shuttle bus to disney and universal parks were at very inconvenient times. Only positive was its location but even then you could do better. When we discussed these problems with management we never received a follow up which was extremely disappointing.

Ive stayed here quite a few times.. This was the last time.. The outside looks so shabby.. In my room I found a dead roach,, there was no remote, I had to get the desk to take one from another room and worst my shower was taken apart!! So I couldn't even take a shower!! The knob and screw just laying there, shower curtain in a knot,, as if they were in the middle of repairs and stuck me in this room. I would have thought I would have not been charged for the night or SOME TYPE of compensation,, but no..Time to find another hotel..

Overall, a great place to stay -- we loved the bunk bed room for our family. Breakfast was definitely good enough and varied enough that we happily ate it all week! Staff was helpful and everything went great! Only downsides I can think of are: the pool was pretty murky with dirt (like, it was hard to see the bottom), and the housekeeping only made our beds one day out of seven (but they did come by and bring new towels and soaps every day).

Not satisfied! Not gonna book there again. I find it dirty every night we get back to our room, they never get the garbage we have to put it out in front if the door every night. We found a bug when we checked in and I got a bug bite. They never replace new towels, tissue or soap. Everytime we get back to the room at night key is not working so that we always go back to the receptionist to get it fixed; we have to get new towels on our own through the receptionist at night since they never provide it in our room.. Front desk not friendly, house keeping will only change out towels, not make the bed or clean up and we were there for 5 days. Asked for additional blanket, was told it would be dropped off but we never got it. Pillows were old and discolored a nasty yellow and smelled like body odor so bad that we went to Walmart and bought our own pillows. Blanks were put on backwards, sheet on top, comforter in middle and the top cover was where the sheet should be. Bathroom towels had brown stuff in them and long black hairs (we used out beach towels). AC unit has sign saying not to adjust it but they have it set at 67 degrees, I was freezing. No hot water to shower. Pool was out of order as well as hot tub. Breakfast was just ok same thing everyday. Someone on our floor was smoking marijuana and it was strong. This may be cheap but pay more, I really question the last time my room had been cleaned.

A beautiful hotel to spend with family and very accommodating. One tall African American man who works housekeeping was the most kindest and polite worker we have encountered in hotel service. Exceptional worker! The woman who worked in the kitchen area that cleaned and made the Mickey Mouse pancakes and offered fresh ones were amazing ! All workers were amazing! We had the best stay ! Pools are warm and hot tub is easy to use.
