The front desk people were very nice! Pool was great! The manager Mr. Patel was not!! A bag was taken out of our room & no compensation was taken out of our room & he said there was no proof it was housekeeping. If not them then who?? My husband & I were the only 2 with keys besides them!!

Musty smell

Upon arrival the front desk staff was pleasant and helped us quickly. When we arrived to our room it hit us with a very damp room with a musty odor. The mini fridge had also leaked water all over the floor. I had to call the front desk from my cell because the phone in the room was broken. She said maintenance would be up to bring us new keys. We waited about 20 minutes before going to the front desk to ask for the keys the maintenance never showed up. Our 2nd room was much better. Went to the pool and the 1st gate to the pool didn’t have a lock on it. Breakfast buffet was as expected waffles, watery eggs and sausage, toast, juice and coffee. No fruit. Saw a dead palmetto bug in the lobby.

Lobby area is fine. Rooms are dated. Roach in hallway. Trash is cleared daily, but no housekeeping daily (every three days). Not often enough given overall cleanliness. Replaced towels daily but kept leaving one less than they took. Not sure why. Exercise room has strong mold odor and visible mold damage on wall. Made it unusable.

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to Disney. They did have a wonderful breakfast as reviewed by other guests. The staff was great and helpful. The hotel itself is in desperate need of updating from top to bottom. Very dated.
