Do not use card ONLY pay cash. I was over charged 3 times on my card and I was constantly getting gas lit to believe otherwise, i showed them my bank statements every.single.time. My room card wouldn’t work every time we left and when came back to the room I had to call the front desk for assistance.Terrible customer service. House keeping was another thing they wouldn’t leave any soap, lotion, conditioner, shampoo. So, I went and asked the front desk, I was given shampoo soap and lotion X3 of each, I left that day came back and house keeping took it upon themselves to take the extras. VERY WEIRD. Idc what they assumed but to feel comfortable to take things from our room made us very uncomfortable. They also don’t change the bed sheets until the 3 night stay. The towels and bedding will have hair from prior stays. The laundry machines will DEFINITELY ruin your clothes. I used all 3 machines all 3 stained your clothes. Only 1 dryer works.

I booked this hotel based on the photos online, I am a regular guest at comfort Inns. I was very disappointed, the cleaning staff never cleaned our room in 5 days. The line for breakfast was as long as Disney, and the smell and noise was terrible! The curtains in our room were broken and wouldn’t close and the toilet had a hard time flushing! As a choice hotel regular I was very disappointed’

ICK!!! Stay away

Room was horrible. Bathtub had cracks in the bottom and cold water sloshed through when stepped on. Curtains didn't close all the way and lights were bright outside- it was like daytime in the room even in the middle of the night. Bunk bed has weight limit of 110lbs per bed. For the price, you can find better!!!!

Great location, wonderful staff (especially the man at the front desk), best free breakfast I've seen, espresso machine, spacious rooms, separate sitting area. Pool could use some upkeep but for the price, it's amazing. Definitely will return!

While the hotel is conveniently located near the parks and the staff was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. The property is extremely outdated—doors were difficult to open and close, and the condition of the room was poor. The worst part was finding roaches in our room, which forced us to switch rooms at 2 in the morning. Definitely not worth the hassle, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Rating: 8/10 I stayed at a nice, budget-friendly motel and had a mostly positive experience. The front desk staff and management were professional, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job—everything was spotless. The facilities were great for the price, the room was beautiful, and the parking lot was clean and felt safe. Check-in and checkout were smooth and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was great and a nice bonus to start the day. There's also a fantastic sushi restaurant on-site, which was an unexpected highlight. However, I didn’t enjoy being approached by the travel agent who handles parking permits. He was aggressive in trying to sell travel packages and timeshares, which felt pushy and out of place. I believe management should reconsider this part of their business model, as it detracts from an otherwise great stay. Overall, the hotel staff and accommodations were excellent for the rate, and the added amenities like breakfast and the sushi restaurant made the experience even better. Just be aware of the sales pressure around the parking permit process.

Terrible place to stay,

Our stay was awful, toilet overflowed and maintenance made us clean it, it flooded bathroom and beside the first bed. He just gave us towels, the guy at front desk said there’s nothing he could do, but I asked for a sanitizer to disinfect it, they didn’t even let us get another room, hair was found on shower chair and a cartridge type object was found by my three year old with hair on it by bed, health department and lawyer will be notified
