Good if just sleeping

We are frequent Disney visitors. This hotel served it's purpose. It definitely could use an upgrade. The rooms are older and worn however there were no bugs. Breakfast was average hotel quality. If you just need a place to sleep, this is a decent choice. We did check the pool out but that was also worn down and our kids would not swim in it.

It was adequate. Room needed repairs, specifically the bathroom faucet and bathroom door. The faucet was visibly broken and water lines were hooked up in reverse so hot water came out on the cold side and cold on the hot side. At least there was hot water. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable. Decor was dated and could use a refresh. Breakfast was what you would expect but would have been nice to see fresh fruit rather than a salad bowl filled with canned fruit cocktail. Staff was friendly.

Left early due to the conditions of the room paint was peeling on the walls and there was hair all over it looked like it was hardly ever cleaned

We arrived at 10 pm after a long drive to find our room door would not unlock. Had to go to the front desk to get maintenance to let us in. Once in found the toilet seat cover was only on one nut. The ac unit was not turning on till he had to reset the unit. The door then was not fix but had a patch remedy fix at 12 so we could go to sleep and change. The next morning they tried to come and fix it at 8 am.

The hotel was pretty nice. Bathroom as a bit small but room was spacious. I am really only writing a review because the front desk staff was so nice and friendly. I wish I could remember her name maybe Lisa but she was so sweet and welcoming. The line was pretty long as she was alone but I didn't feel rushed. We did not eat breakfast but everything was a very nice stay.

We have been in this hotel 7 times in the past and was wonderful but this time experience weere the worst. The bathroom towels were dirty with makeup and rust, were changes 2 times in 5 day stay, no toilet paper even when almost out of it. The beds sheets were made 2 times in 5 days of stay. Manny structural maintenance missing painting, rust, the elevator wait more than ussuals to operate.

The key card opener on door constantly was not working. Had to get new key cards almost everyday. Housekeeping came in and emptied trash and gave new towels but did not make beds or vacuum. Toilet was the size for a 4 year old. Tiny toilet.

Fourth customer in line, only one clerk, , got to the room neither key would open the door. Went back down to tell her ..she asked what was wrong, neither key works.. well I will rekey them but they should open the door...sent maintenance person with me, did not open on his first or second try then finally opened.

Very outdated property. Needs a SERIOUS makeover. I had issues with my toilet the whole time, which was a serious inconvenience for my pregnant wife that frequently had to go.
