The front desk staff never answers the phone and that’s very unsafe. I can canceled the wake up call yet I received it. I asked for housekeeping services and I never received it. Really poor customer service overall

Cancelled on me after I already checked in on my hotel app at 2:45pm for a 4pm check-in. Hotels.com said they overbooked and offered no help or rebooking to another hotel. They promised a call and email back but never did. I booked elsewhere with another company.
