Oskar was polite at checkin! I was asked if I drove a car and I did for that day, but was charged for parking for the entire week. When I asked about it, the female said she’d look into what she could do, but never got back to me (I did check in once with another employee who knew nothing about it). I did also let her know that the phone in our room and the refrigerator portion (not freezer) didn’t work (a lot of our groceries went bad that were in it). We also had to ask for fresh towels everyday, because our room was only cleaned once (the second day) in a week. On our first three mornings, we were woken up at 8am by construction work either above or beside us. After spending a long day at the parks on Monday, we were woken around 9am on Tuesday by a fire alarm. After sitting outside in the scorching heat for almost an hour, it finally went off. We went inside to the front desk to make sure everything was okay, only to be told that it was a test (but no one bothered to tell any of the customers sweltering outside, that it was only a drill). It then continued to go off and on for another 2+ hours. During that time someone from the alarm company came to our room to come in and check the alarms. Only after that was a paper put under our door, telling us about the drill. When I asked again about the parking charges and our room being cleaned, that agent did have an attitude with me (a younger female on Thursday morning). The pool was also really dirty in the morning and evening

Title: Disappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping and Maintenance Overshadowed My Experience I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this hotel due to the series of ongoing issues that significantly affected my stay. First and foremost, the room was never properly cleaned during my entire stay. Despite repeated complaints, the housekeeping staff consistently failed to provide even the most basic services. The room was supposed to be cleaned every two days, but when it was, towels were often forgotten and toilet paper was never refilled. After long days at the parks, I frequently had to go to reception myself just to collect toilet rolls. While the manager was kind and willing to listen, unfortunately, it seemed that the situation was out of her hands. She was not in a position to enforce better housekeeping standards. Similarly, I must thank Oscar at the front desk, who always tried to help as best as he could, and also commend the person in charge of the breakfast area — they clearly worked very hard and provided a good service. That said, the maintenance situation was unacceptable. There were ongoing repairs happening during the night, which meant cold showers when I returned to the hotel late. When management shifted maintenance work to the mornings, water was cold again, just when I needed to get ready early to visit the parks. No clear solution was ever provided, only a letter of apology. On top of that, basic toiletries like shampoo were

Hotel in general is pretty shabby, pool can get dirty with leaves and stuff falling out of the surrounding vegetation but that's not really anyones fault. Extra towels are provided near the pool which is nice. Breakfast is pretty good. Hotel staff is amazing, they're really great. The room was pretty decent the main light in the room didn't work, probably needed a new bulb, I told the front desk but the bulb was never replaced during my stay. The shower curtain is useless everytime we showered there was a giant puddle to step out into. The shuttle to the theme parks is . . . Ok. The night driver from Disney (Jose Minaya) was horrific, I really don't even know how he got a license to drive. I decided to get lyfts from the parks after riding with him. Not to mention he took us to the wrong hotel, pulled out a sign and asked which hotel we were staying at and I pointed to homewood suites and he took us to a different homewood suites. Then he went to drop everyone off and dropped us off last when we were right around the corner. Took us an hour to get to the right hotel. He was really terrible and was the lowlight of our trip. All in all I probably would stay at this hotel again it was right in line with my budget and what I expected.

Very clean in our King suite. Bathroom was clean and large. The shower curtain was hard to get upright, but not a huge deal. Breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfast hotels. Very satisfied with our stay. Would come back and stay there for sure. Only 15 minutes from all Disney parks.

Hello, so I wasn't aware that the property was under renovation, the clerk at the front desk to me that the water would b turned off at 9am, which forced me to get up early every day to shower, and brush me teeth before the water was turned off, the toilet was broke so I had to call maintenance to come and repair the ball in the inside of the toilet, this was the very first day as well, I did not get into the pool, or hot tub due to it needing to be cleaned, I went over to the embassy were my stepdaughter was staying to get in there pool, I also was not offered the complimentary bag with the bottle water I had to ask for it..
