Property needs to be modernized. Bathroom cabinets old and the wood was stripping. The area we stayed was a bit on the ghetto side. It wasnt worth the money. Expeected more for a "resort".

Good mini suit with a good recreation areas, close to many places. The only thing it’s you can hear everything and we had a neighbor that at 7 in the morning the neighbor in the floor start banging his door for a long period I call to the front office but no one comes and past more than have and hour between screaming and banging very hard the door.

Loud guest, very thin walls.

Facilty was clean but outdated. Very thin walls where everything that happens nextdoor is heard. Other guest were very loud. One side of the vacation property seem to be more modern than the part we stayed in.

Theo place look nothing lile the pictures that are posted online. The amenities were old and the pool did not look very on inviting. You could not adjust the air in the room. Vey hot and uncomfortable, you had to flush the toilet several times for it to flush and the toilet ran all night long. I would not advise anyone to stay here. It appeared that it used to be some old apartments that has not been updated. I will never stay here again.

I booked based on Legacy's website and I was going to book this resort for the entire week and I am so glad I didn't now. We were booked into a hotel room across the street that was not upgraded and to say we were certainly disappointed is an understatement. The bathroom was not entirely clean, the baseboards and floor definitely need a deep cleaning and a coat of paint, it was actually grungy. The room itself was very small and outdated, the beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. No side table or chair so we had to sit on the beds the whole time we were in the room. The in room phone would not connect to housekeeping or the front desk so we had to go across the very busy highway to inform that we needed extra towels and had to ask the second person the next day and finally received towels but no facecloths. I misplaced my sunglasses and ask the person on the desk if any glasses had been brought in and without even looking she said no, nothing was passed in. I went back a couple hours later and again asked and the other person actually looked and there they were in plain view of her. These were prescription glasses. We used the pool the first day we arrived but I would not use them after that, the water was cold and very cloudy - definitely needed to be drained and cleaned. Overall it was an experience we do not want to repeat.

The jacuzzi was so weak that it barely moved the water, there was multiple kind of bugs in our suite, main reason we booked this was because of the jacuzzi and that didn't work. Paid over $400 for motel 6 quality. Can only get anything through expedia so the neighbors who were up until 1 am blaring music couldn't be stopped by calling front desk. Do not stay here, you'll regret it.

Was a quick sleep stay but the room had a stale smell almost like a cigarette smell this was the only issue we have had and we’ve stayed here previously and will continue just hopefully we dont get that room again or the get the smell out.

My stay was just as I hoped it would be.. relaxing and so much fun. My family and I have been going to this resort for the past 8 years and I’ve never been disappointed. I recommend this resort if you’re looking for a clean and safe place to spend your family vacation.
