This hotel looks clean on the surface, but the experience was far from comfortable. The hallways had a strange odor like a mix of hospital room and burnt vacuum cleaner that made walking through them unpleasant. Inside the room, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. It’s not the kind of place where you can truly rest; at best, it’s a spot to pass through for one night. The staff were polite and friendly, which I appreciated, but some policies felt unwelcoming—for example, towels are handed out in limited numbers, almost like they’re being rationed. For a Hilton brand, I expected better comfort and a fresher environment. If you just need a quick overnight near the convention center, this might work, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable or relaxing stay.

Very nice hotel

It was a short stay for my husband and I. We check in the night prior for a scheduled surgery so we didn’t have to drive early in the am for check in. Very beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms.
