This property is in a great location since it is close to the harbor and downtown. Both are walkable from this location. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was filling, the beds were comfortable, and it was close to the beach/pier. However, there was a rattling all night from one of the other rooms through our room that none of us could sleep through. Our room smelled like pool water/chlorine, but not on the level with the pool.

We overall liked the property, however there were some hiccups. Upon receiving our "your room is ready text" we walked back to the hotel where we were informed we would have to wait 10 minutes to check in because of a "shift change". Fine I suppose, but I've never encountered a shift change taking 10 minutes when both employees are standing in front of us. Then upon entering the room we showered the kids and went to shower ourselves and the water was off. Calling the front desk we were informed they had to replace a valve and all water would remain off for 30 minutes. Imagine arriving to your hotel and not being able to use the restroom or showers with two children. Rough start, but beyond that and not so comfortable beds, it was fine.
