Terrible

We've stayed in plenty of Holiday Inn Express hotels around the world, and this was definitely the worst. We paid to upgrade to a suite - mistake! The 'sleeper sofa' was a single bed with a filthy mattress and broken springs. The sofa had holes in it and was disgustingly dirty. The room had bugs on the floor, the toilets opposite our room were blocked and overflowing - so our room smelt. The room was sold for 4 people but had beds for 3. Management were less than helpful when we asked how you were supposed to sleep 4 in the room so we went to the local walmart and purchased a bed. Not exactly what we had in mind! They said it was due a refit next year. I expect it will be lovely after then, but until then I would look elsewhere.
