Delightful family accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Beach House. We were so comfortable the kids opted to spend an extra day around the house and the beach instead of going to Disney or Universal. This property is amazing. Bob is great to work with. We had some flight issues(canceled) and had to end up driving 25 hours to get there. He made it so checking in was the last thing i had to worry about. The house it self is great, so many small things make it great. When its 100 degrees outside and you walk in and the beautiful terrazo floors are cold on the feet. To the refrigerator outside to hold all the extra things. The garage full of beach toys. The golf cart to help get the family to the beach 1 block away. Nothing but positive for this place. Thank you Bob you helped make our vacation everthing we wanted when the airlines were not!!!

Baseball Tournament

This is our second time staying at Bob's house for a baseball tournament at The Space Coast Complex. We will always stay at this house due to the location. The beach is a block away, 3 min walk, Publix is half a mile away, and restaurants are less than half a mile away which we walked to Goombays one day for lunch. Bob is very responsive and always available for questions and quick to reply. Quite neighborhood with not a lot of traffic. Everything worked as normal in the house and he gave us a welcome gift as well. 100% recommend this home for a family vacation. Thanks again Bob!

Spring Break 2023

This was a great location and accommodation for myself, husband, 15 yr old daughter and my 92 yr old father who stayed for a few nights with us. We had plenty of space. The house is in walking distance to a great beach that was not crowded and had plenty of beach supplies (chairs, mats, toys, umbrellas surf and boogie boards). The outdoor shower was great for coming back and rinsing off to get in the hottub or come inside. The house has 3 full bathrooms with two of them being attached to larger bedrooms. These bathrooms were perfect for a beach vacation-spacious, light, floor that drains into the shower and lots of handicap handles. The kitchen was also very well equipped. TVs in every room if you are interested in spending your time in Florida watching TV. Truly, this is one of the best houses we have stayed in.

USSSA Space Coast Complex

Bob's house is awesome inside and out. This house is near everything you need, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and the beach. My son played baseball at the Space Coast Complex which was 20 mins away. Bob was quick to get ahold of if we had any question, If we ever visit this area again I will definitely book this place.

The property was very pretty and meet our expectations. The golf cart, beach chairs, bicycles were just icing on the cake. The house was well appointed as was the kitchen. We truly enjoyed the screened in porch and outside areas. Everything was lovely.

Wonderful place for family with small children!

Stayed with spouse and two toddlers. Had a wonderful time! Street is quiet. Yard is fenced in. Host is incredibly helpful! Plenty of toddler safe fun, but also a hot tub and tiki area for adults after hours. 10/10 would recommend!

Fun place to stay

This house is great. Bob has provided every possible indoor and outdoor amenity. In the garage are beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc., as well as a cart for the 1 min trip to the beach across the street. The beach itself it very private, a little ways up from the large Satellite Public Beach. The house is well cared for and very clean. It was a fun stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only concern is the "back room" that is set up as an extra TV/family room is VERY musty and seems like it could possibly be molding. We never went into that room due to the smell and concern. The other thing that was a bit of an issue is the VERY bright EXIT light in the bedroom with king size bed. It lights up the entire room and there didn't seem to be a way to turn it off. The kitchen, living room and other bedrooms were very nice. The location was great and just a very short walk to the beach.

The property was clean and well maintained. Furniture really needs to be updated and there are so many exterior doors it’s kind of creepy when you aren’t used to the house or the area. The exit sign in one bedroom is a little much- the red light at night takes some getting used to. Didn’t realize the house was right in the round about. On a positive note, the house has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

We recently spent a week at this property and found it just as pictured, super clean and very comfortable. We live in Miami Beach and wanted a different beach experience and Satellite Beach delivered. It’s a surfers beach, very quiet neighborhood, and we had such a relaxing experience. We planned to do most of our own cooking and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The house has some great outdoor spaces including a tiki bar, screened in dining area and my personal favorite, a private outdoor shower. It also comes equipped with everything you can imagine to enjoy the beach (cooler, surf boards, beach chairs, etc). There’s even a golf cart to get to the beach, which is only a block away, so it’s easily walkable, but if you’re carrying a lot of gear it’s very convenient to have the golf cart. Robert was very responsive when we had any questions. If you’re looking for a loud party scene this is not it. This vacation rental, and Satellite Beach in general, greatly exceeded our expectations. I would say if you’re looking for a beach small children can also enjoy, Cocoa Beach has less turbulent water and is only a short (15 minute drive) up the road. We would love to come back here.

Excellent stay

The beds were very comfy and the entire place was very clean. Loved having the golf cart for easy travel to Lily’s for breakfast each morning and to the beach. Also having all the beach toys and chairs were a plus. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Amazing getaway!

We stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday and this property could not have been more perfect! We had 6 of us all together and there was plenty of space for everyone. One of the best parts of staying here was that they had everything you could possibly need for a wonder beach vacation, including the golf cart that made it easy for my in laws to buzz back and forth to the beach. The yard it’s self at the house was amazing with all the beautiful plants, the hot tube, and the tiki bar. We will definitely be back and staying here again!

Beach break

Plenty of space, cute decor and plenty of room for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub, tiki bar and grill. Cooking dinner and roasting marshmallows. Only one block from the beach, you can hear the roar of the ocean from the yard at this house. Used the golf cart for the beach a couple of times. Quite neighborhood and enjoyed watching the surfers at the beach. Would recommend. As a personal thought I would add a deadbolt to both the front door and rear master bath door and replace the living and dining room window blind.
