We were hoping to check in before 4 pm due to baseball game. That didn’t work out. Didn’t check in until after 8 pm and shower gel soap was empty. An early check in accommodation would have been nice.

Great place to stay. Hotel is next door to where Marnier's/Seahawks play. Breakfast was great. Gym was nice. Free waterfront shuttle stops right in front of the hotel which was a big plus. The waterfront shuttle stops at pikes market place and space needle. Close walk to Chinatown for cheap food. Highly recommend this place.

We went to Seattle for the Little League event at the Mariners game. The Embassy Suites Pioneer Square is the perfect location! We were within walking distance to the stadium, next door to the Amtrak Station, a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront & a 20 minute walk to Pikes Market. The kids loved the Buffet Breakfast, Indoor Pool and were excited to see how nice our room was. The only bad thing is the parking garage is quite a walk with all your luggage since they no longer offer Valet Parking. Also the phone in our room didn’t work so it was difficult to reach the front desk. Otherwise we loved everything!

It was great. The front desk staff were so helpful. We left our bags prior to check in and Dom assisted in dropping off and picking up. She answered all our questions with a smile. The other lady Ryoke was great in getting us a town car to the pier for our cruise. Additionally, the complementary drinks & snacks was a nice surprise. Your breakfast had so many choices. The fruit was so sweet! Overall, great experience.

Loved that 13 Coins restaurant onsite. Kids loved the pool. It's in a great location and close to everything. Walking distance. BUT Area was noisy with a lot of loud cars bumping music at all hours. This was a pretty terrible stay from the get go. We were in town for a concert and weren't able to check in until after 4:30pm so it put us late. Which it happens and would have been fine but then the gal at the front desk was rude about it to us, the room (a corner King suite) smelled like pee, the mini fridge didnt work and the bathroom was dirty. The elevators dont have enough capacity for the amount of traffic/rooms so we had to wait a long time in lines every time we needed to go up or down. Then when it was time to leave the parking garage arm was broken and we couldn't drive out without calling the help line. This hotel is way too expensive for these kinds of issues. We wont ever stay at Embassy Suites in Seattle Pioneer Square again. Which is a bummer because it is in a great location for Lumen, Pikes Market and T-MOBILE Park.

We took the Coast Starlight train and the hotel could not be any closer as we exited the station! Literally, it is right across the street. Look for the green “E” for Embassy Suites.

This hotel does not offer concierge services nor in-hotel food services, which was very disappointing. Also, chair was broken in room and had it replaced. Will return to AirBnB for next trip.

The hotel staff were exceptional. The hotel was extremely clean everywhere you looked. The breakfast buffet had so many offerings. You left feeling full. I can't wait for my next stay.

Great Location

It was an excellent location, room was clean & staff was very nice. We enjoyed the amazing Breakfast and the Happy Hour was nice. The only complaint I have is the Valet Service wasn’t available during our stay & there weren’t any signs that associated the particular Parking Garage that Embassy Suite Guests are to use for $61.00 per day.
