The house is set back from the quiet road, discretely nestled on a wooded half acre lot that sweeps down to a private dock. A minute stroll brings you to the private association beach while complimentary kayaks and bicycles can take you further afield. The house basks in wonderful light thanks to its Southern exposure, enjoyed best from the wraparound deck or garden hammock. The recently renovated interior features pickled oak floors, top of the line bathroom fixtures, new furniture, flat screen TV, wi-fi, fireplace, central heating and AC.
