Hiljattain remontoitu koti, jossa on lÀmmitetty suolaisen veden uima-allas ja poreallas. LÀhellÀ rantoja, moderneja ja kutsuvia, oma uima-allas ja kaksi king size-vuodetta.

Tule nauttimaan tÀstÀ hiljattain uusitusta ja yksityiskodista! TÀmÀ talo sijaitsee keskeisellÀ paikalla, josta pÀÀsee helposti rannoille, ravintoloihin ja kauppoihin.

2-3 minuutin ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ pÀÀset EtelÀ-Venetsian lautalle (saatavana vain tÀlle yhteisölle), joka vie kauniille yksityiselle rannalle! Lauttamatka saatavilla vieraillemme ilman lisÀmaksua.

Talossa on aivan uusi, aurinkoinen lÀnsimainen altistuminen, suolavedellÀ lÀmmitetty uima-allas () sekÀ erillinen poreallas. Kaunis ja omituinen pÀÀllystetty terassi, jossa on vasta asennettu nÀytön kotelo, joka kattaa koko alueen.

Keittiö on moderni ja tÀysin varustettu, jos pÀÀtÀt yöpyÀ ja tehdÀ ateria. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on king-size-vuoteet (Vieras Master on kiinteÀ muistivaahto). Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode (keskikoko yritysjousi / vaahtohybridi), josta on suora pÀÀsy terassille / uima-altaalle. Makuuhuoneet ovat talon vastakkaisilla puolilla (erotettu keittiöstÀ ja olohuoneesta) lisÀÀmÀÀn yksityisyyttÀ. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on suihku. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva, joka muuttuu tÀysikokoiseksi vuodeksi.

Autotallilla varustettu autotalli pitÀÀ autosi turvassa, kuivana ja viileÀnÀ.

The Heated pool and hot tub were very enjoyable! The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and gave the home privacy, especially the back covered pool, patio & hot tub area! I wish I was still laying in a chaise lounge listening to the palm trees moving in the breeze! The home had everything that you needed and nothing that you didn’t! Some rentals have absolutely nothing in them not even paper towels or Ziploc bags or Tupperware container for packing lunches for the beach. Others have lots of junk to sort through in the kitchen and drawers. This home was perfect for two children and adults! Chester and Aneta have great attention to detail throughout the home and were great with communication.

This property was perfect for my husband and I, and our dog Bella. It was clean. The host, Chester was extremely attentive. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun, vacation.The tropical themed screened lanai area with heated, saltwater pool was glorious and just large enough for me to do my daily laps, while my husband loved the hot tub. Venice beach was a short drive and there are some excellent restaurants, all within a 15-30 minute drive

Excellent stay! Perfectly appointed house for our vacation, so close to Manasota Key and other Venice beaches. We loved it! The pool and deck are so private and tropical and the beach supplies were an awesome addition.

We had the BEST time ever at Casa Coco! The house was immaculate, it had everything we needed (plus so much more). I’m very picky about hot tubs and this hot tub was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Having the enclosed patio was such a bonus with the pool. Unfortunately we came in on the coldest time ever and couldn’t use the pool, but boy did I try! I jumped in a few times and it was lovely and warm (just not warm enough outside). Thank you so much for our stay, we will be coming back!

This was one of the best rentals that we have stayed in. Everything was just as pictured. The owners have thought of everything. Our 5th stay at the Casa Coco and we are already planning for next year! Chester and Aneta's place is so nicely appointed - everything you need for a relaxing pool and beach vacation. The space is bright and modern and spotless! Communication with the host was great. The location is perfect - close to beaches, restaurants and downtown Venice, the area feels very secure.

I've had many good VRBO host and Chester is absolutely one of the best. Chester was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The backyard pool area is very private and peaceful. Loved this property. Chester and Anita were great hosts! We loved how clean and well set up the home was. Everything you could ever need on vacation is at this house. We love what they have done with the pool area to make it private and secluded. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Nice size for 2-4 people

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Coco. The house was definitely smaller than we usually rent, but worked out fine for just my husband and I. The owner (Chester) was great at communicating when he needed to stop by and treat the pool. He also gave us some info on the area and is super friendly. The house is well equipped with everything you need, including a blender which is not listed on the kitchen amenities. The only downside for us was that the beds were much firmer than we prefer and also the sleeper sofa. We brought our Frenchie with us and the yard is not completely fenced in, so we had to keep a good eye on him when we let him out. Also, there isn't any counter space in the bathrooms, so you have to limit what you really need in that area. Other than that, it worked great for us.

Perfect Home in a Perfect Location

5 star home with a 6 star host. We had planned events in Sarasota, Punta Gorda, and Fort Myers on several days but spent most our time locally enjoy Manasota Key, Venice, and Venetian Waterway Trail/Legacy Trail. We found this area of Florida more manageable for dinner reservations and tee times......as more popular areas are getting bottlenecked. Thank you Aneta and Chester!!

Our favorite!

Chester and Aneta’s place is perfect! Super clean and well appointed. Short drive to restaurants and beaches. This was our 4th stay and the only reason we might not return to this house would be to try their other VRBO also in Venice. Tough decision! Either way, we are looking forward to it already.

We have stayed at Chester and Aneta's place a few times and love the house and the location. The house is spotless, modern and well equipped. There are several beaches and great restaurants nearby. Chester and Aneta have put so much thought into their home! It was clean, comfortable and close to so many beaches. We enjoyed our excursions away from the home and enjoyed having all of the amenities at the home to come back to for a relaxing afternoon and evening. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful!

The Casa Coco was just perfect!. So close to everything Venice has to offer. The pool and hot tub were just what we need on the unseasonably cool nights during out visit. Having two king bedrooms and separate baths made it so nice for privacy. Chester and Aneta were wonderful hosts. Will definitely be going back!

Everything we hoped for...AND MORE!

This house had everything we could possibly want or need, it was clear very early on that they truly thought of everything! The accommodations were so nice we almost didn’t want to leave for the beach! The hot tub/pool was perfect, the atmosphere they have set up inside and out is almost like it came straight from a magazine, you can tell they care deeply to make this a nice place to stay! The personalized welcome note and surprises were the cherry on top and such a nice touch! Communication from the beginning of our trip (and throughout to check if we ever needed anything) was top notch. The hosts really care to make sure you have a great stay! We did not want to leave! This was honestly the best VRBO (or any rental) we’ve ever stayed at, we would definitely love to return here again! If you are looking at houses in the area, look no further, you will not regret booking this one, worth every penny.

Great hosts, great property! Second time staying at one of the host properties in Venice and once again was not disappointed. Pool area is fantastic! I will definitely be back!

Our favorite VRBO yet!

This house has it all! From the gorgeous pool area to the comfortable beds, this place was so perfect for our family of four. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals or make frozen drinks. The whole house was cozy and clean! The owners even provided a flea rake for shark tooth hunting, beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler for using at the many shark tooth beaches in the area. The owner, Chester was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make our stay amazing! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a fabulous place to stay Chester and Anita!

The Perfect Tropical Oasis!

We can't say enough good things about both the property and the owners. We are frequent VRBO guests and this is by far the best property experience we've had. The property was spotlessly clean, well provisioned and comfortable. We brought our small dog with us and was delighted to find a pet bowl with fresh water waiting on him at check-in. For us, there was a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates with the sweetest personalized note. We enjoyed using the pool toys, beach gear and grill. We didn't find time for the bicycles, but they were in excellent shape and looked like fun. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We didn't use the hot tub since it was closed for the summer, but the pool was lovely. We hope to be return guests soon.

Home away from home ♄

My favorite VRBO stay of all time. From amazing hosts who were very helpful and informative, to a pristine property that met all of my family’s needs from rest and relaxation to fun and sun. Perfect weather, warm pool and relaxing hot tub, with modern interior decor that reminded me of home. 10 minute drive to Manasota Beach where we enjoyed our afternoons, laying in the sun and collecting shark teeth. A multitude of restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to stay again! A special thanks to the hosts for being kind, helpful and thoughtful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Casa de Coco Garden: A Real Charmer

Tucked into abundant, gorgeous landscaping is a hidden gem of a house in South Venice. The modern farmhouse interior is exactly as shown in the VRBO pictures. It is well equipped with kitchen essentials, loads of great towels for bath or beach, and a good laundry area essential for long term rentals. The king sized beds in each bedroom are comfortable, and there is a dresser and loads of closet space in each room. Bathrooms are updated and stocked with several necessities. The pool area is very large with multiple seating areas, comfortable furniture, warm water and a hot tub. Also notable is the privacy provided by the lush landscaping around the entire setting. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet space! It is a really wonderful place to work, read or just enjoy the Florida sunshine and a delightful pool. Chester is an excellent host who was available for anything we needed-all minor requests that were quickly resolved. He always called before coming over and he maintained the pool area and hot tub while we were away at the beach or out touring in the area. Casa de Coco Garden is centrally located-close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. There’s plenty to do and see in the area: downtown Venice, multiple beaches, and destinations like Sarasota and Punta Gorda are all nearby. We loved everything about Casa de Coco, and we won’t hesitate to stay there the next time we visit Venice!

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed for 8 weeks during January and February. Check-in was smooth and easy and the house was exactly as it appears in the photos. Chester and Aneta were great hosts and made sure we had everything we need throughout our stay. We especially loved ending our day in the spa, but the pool was very nice too. PROS House was very clean Comfortable beds Great decor Easy check in/out Excellent pool/spa and patio Attentive and helpful hosts Central location to beaches, shopping and Shamrock Park Good wifi speed CONS Neighbors dog barks a lot sometimes Backyard wasn’t big enough for my dogs to run around Low water pressure in master shower We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house!

Fabulous

Casa Coco is a beautiful villa, perfectly appointed with everything you could need. High quality decor, pool and covered outdoor space was lovely. The villa was incredibly clean. Chester and Aneta have been fabulous hosts and have responded to any messages we had very promptly and reached out to reassure us regarding a tropical storm that was due to hit during our stay. It was great base to explore the area and the many local beaches . We would highly recommend Casa Coco. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa with us.
