The hotel was quite nice, however, the staff at the front desk, not so much. Whomever checked us in was wonderful; warm, friendly and personable. The lady who checked us out...would be an awesome front desk receptionist at the IRS or maybe an abortion clinic. She had the personality of a kidney stone, and was as pleasurable to talk to as passing one. We are sorry we inconvenience you with questions about a city we have never been to. We will not be staying there again if we ever return to D.C.

I HAD SOME DIFFICULTY WITH PARKING IN THE GARAGE. SINAGE IS NOT CLEAR. THE FENCE AROUND 3 SIDES OF THE ELEVATOR WAS AN ENTRANCE CHALLENGE FOR ME. THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH HANDICPPED PARKING SPACES.
