Very Friendly Staff. Clean older motel. Had a nice meal at the Mexican cafe next door, less than 5 mins to The Ark.

The property is dated and it appears the upkeep has been unprofessional. Having said that the breakfast was very standard and the managers were friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the Ark Experience which saved money on parking. The price was fair making this a value stay. If one is not picky I’d recommend it. We were happy with our stay.

They are working hard to spruce this place up. The breakfast was limited on variety, but it was good. Be sure to put both coffee filters in the machine before starting it, or you will get some weak coffe. I enjoyed my stay.

Of course we stayed there to see the Ark. There are two hotels that are very close to the Ark, this was one. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. The building was older. But a lot of renovations were done. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel. This is not for you. But for less than 100 bucks. It was well worth it. I definitely would stay there again.

We came in very late and had reserved a room here due to the positive reviews. We just needed somewhere to crash for the night before doing the Ark the following day. It was easy to check in, the rooms are newly updated, and very clean. Basic, simple, but good.
