Emerald Beach Resort
Front desk staff were nice. House Keeping was very nice and helpful. Breakfast staff was very slow even though it was not busy. Overall it was an ok stay

Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas
Air conditioning went out middle of nite, power in bath went out, shower flooded the floor thru the tile. No courtsey of refund considered. A tiny bottle of body wash. I used our own soap I had tossed in my bag. No restaurant now either. We had to take a cab to eat.
