Front desk staff stuff and the night man was downright rude when I requested a room close to an elevator. Also added that the charge would be $50 after 1st saying, without looking, that there were no such rooms available. Hotel is nice, staff- not so much.

We couldn’t check in to our room at the check in time and had to wait for them to get the room ready for 1h 30mins after check in time. Also, the housekeeper took all of our towels and didn’t give us new ones. Neither did they refill coffee capsules for two days. Great ocean view tho, but noisy with the traffic. Security staff was great.

My room was not suitable for rental. There was no iron,no blowdryer, no remote control and no stand to rest my luggage on. Holes in the walls that was poorly patch. Linens were dingy in color. It seems like that room is a room where if something is missing from another room, it was taken from that room. This property has potential but its poorly maintained.

The property is well kept even though it has been there for years..... Been in a room that faced the back of the building. The area behind looks rundown, and you can hear the locals. (Conversation not nice at times)

This hotel was listed as a premier boitique hotel but it was more like a waiting room in pergatory. I thought it was on the beach. It was on a busy road across the street from the bay. I thought the pool over looked the ocean. The pool was in the middle of the building with an open roof. The restaurant was dark and empty. The bar was sad. The rooms, although clean were semi- run down. And the traffic noisy all night was deafening.

Check-in is 4:30. Didn't get room until 7. Toilet was leaking in one room. Tub stopped up in another. We didn't get a new room until the next evening which caused me to miss my grandmother's wake. Not all staff was horrible. With the amount of money they charge and the location, the facilities should be in better shape.

Check in was 90 minutes late due to short staffing. The young lady at the front desk tried her best and very helpful. Right across the street from the ferry so I was able to go Island hopping easily. Security always helped with finding car services into town. I had an ocean view room, which was very nice. Not a sit at balcony but overlook was beautiful. I didn’t eat at the restaurant. I was out every day as the location was convenient.
