Excellent resort overall. We loved it! Nice room, modern, clean & comfy . Lots to do, games, 2 pools, and daily entertainment. Miusic was really good & fun.

The property is nice but could use some updating to outside the buildings and landscape improvements on the hotel side of the property. The time share side was absolutely beautiful and new though, there are 2 sides so be sure you know what area you are staying. The hotel side is very elevated and not easy for older people. Our hotel was 100 steps or more but they have buggies to take you. Place was great overall. People were great. Saw hummingbirds, tree frogs, exotic birds, etc on the property.

Property was okay. Beach was not nice. Entertainment and food is island time. No other dining option unless you have a car/call a taxi. We had a cigarette butt in front of our door the whole stay and we are non-smokers. Someone took our table from our patio. I reported it to the front desk but the table was not replaced. There is no place to hang bathing suits/trunks. No room service during the week. No place to put shampoo, soap, etc in shower; those are provided by resort. Resort is clean and plentiful with beach towels. Staff was friendly and professional.

Room was great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Many places were in walking distance or short taxi ride away. Grounds were very well kept. Be prepared to walk hills and stairs. Would visit ag3.

This was a vacation from hell. We arrived later in the day. We went to the restaurant and there was hair in my wife’s fish n chips. Then we get back to the room and there’s no water. Go to the front desk and tell them and they don’t offer to fix it or give us another room. I then ask for a refund and they agree. Now we have to book another resort at 9pm with two kids but at least we are getting a refund right? Wrong, after multiple attempts this property just ignored me even after they promised. I travel for work around the world and I normally see average to less than average service, and I never feel the need to post, but take Heed!! This place is bad. I don’t know how it has all these good reviews.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Shower head did have mold on it and the washer and dryers were broken. The $$$$$ restaurant was not only pricey but food was subpar and the service was really horrible. Overall and thankfully to a walkable area outside of property it was a great stay overall.

I actually didn’t end up staying at Margaritaville. I booked there but when arrived, they didn’t have any rooms (booked due to cancelled flight). They went way beyond expected to find me a room. I really appreciate everything the staff did to get me a room for the night!!!

MEH! Terrible Food/Chuckle Pusses

The room and grounds were great! The restaurant food is terrible. The food has only one menu throughout the resort. The bartenders were 50/50 personality wise. One of the bartenders said that they were all quitting by the end of the week because they don't pay overtime or get help from restaurant staff. Bar/drink waits were long, but there were 10 servers standing around in the restaurant doing nothing. I guess the hotel/restaurant/bar are separate...plus, 18% gratuity is built into food/drink bills which may be why service overall was terrible. Not really a kid friendly resort for food,desserts,and snacks. We would NOT stay at this resort again. If you do stay there, eat out allot. Oh and the coffee shop was selling non-dairy ice cream for $20 a pint...what a joke!!

Service workers who work directly for the hotel are great!! People who work in the restaurant and coffee shop?? Less than ideal. No urgency or understanding of prioritizing workload or efficiency. It also seems like most staff members are high on marijuana most of the time, which I generally have no problems with— my problems come when said marijuana starts to obviously interfere with the job at hand and starts to affect my meal and drink wait times. I’m all for being on island time but this is next level disrespect at times.
