I didn’t have high expectations for this resort as we had stayed in the area previously and were let down at a neighbouring resort but Valas was great! The rooms were clean, the food was probably the best we’ve had an all inclusive, the staff was great. Would recommend!

We could not go due to cartel violence in PV. Booked through Expedia and they told us to call hotel for refund, hotel told us to call Expedia. Total runaround!!!

Resort was amazing. Food and staff were excellent. We were they over the cartel stuff and the resort did a great job keeping everything normal as they could staff work 24hrs because they could not leave the resort they were exhausted but kept working. Krystal Vallarta
We had to upgrade to a balcony with Ocean view and it was gorgeous. Food at this property is inadequate. Not worth the extra $100 US per day. Much better to eat at the local places down the street or Romantic zone.
