Great location, near all services and shops. Easy to get taxi, uber, or bus. Food park is across the street. Short commute to Old Town or Melecon. Pool n views are amazing. Staff are attentive and available. Splurge for the breakfast buffet. And get to the pool early.

This was a great place to stay! The only thing I can say that was mildly negative was the street noise. We were able to overcome that with a white noise device. We will definitely be staying at the Mio again!

This hotel came highly recommended and I had the pleasure of experiencing why for 5 nights. The staff are accommodating, kind, friendly, and efficient. From welcoming to departing, there were consistent helpful staff. The breakfast was fabulous, everything you could want. The cleaning staff for our room, to all the incredible servers at the beautiful rooftop pool made our experience one we will remember. This hotel was immaculate and only a 2 minute walk through a connecting hotel to reach the beautiful sandy beach. The dj’s, the entertainment around the pool, the front desk, literally all the staff made this Hotel experience one we both will return to. I highly recommend the MIO Vallarta. The short walks to excellent restaurants, la isla shopping mall, food truck court, and grocery store were a great convenience. A 20 minute walk to Costco, oh croissant (coffee shop) and other shops and a 45-60 minute walk to the malecon. It gets a 10/10 👏. Thank you MIO for such an enjoyable stay. Thank you Ronaldo for always assisting with our bags. Great staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros: staff, service, buffet breakfast, rooms, cleanliness, pool, pool bar, location. Cons: no happy hour, beach access is annoying and not overly welcoming by the other hotel you travel through, not much area to lounge by the pool since it’s such a small area and the loungers and day beds get taken quickly.

Our stay was good, my husband only complaint was coffee. Difficult to carry two cups to the room and or staff we’re always making it. Not convenient to get , or transport coffee. Everything else was fine .

We love everything about the MIO. First the staff are very attentive and friendly. A special shout out to Mariela and Jazmine. They were super!!! The rooms are not fancy but spacious and clean. Our ocean view was great and often saw whales from our balcony. The fresh fruit at breakfast and usually ordered omelets Definitely will be back next year.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location to El Centro (downtown PV) was great. The rooftop pool was a great place to unwind. Highly recommend Mio Vallarta.
