I usually don’t do reviews on any of my trips but I had to! I’ve been to Mexico so many times and by far this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The rooms were so nice, clean and beautiful. My boyfriend proposed to me on our stay and the staff that were involved were so nice and welcoming and made the experience so much better I couldn’t ask for anything more. All the staff at the bar, restaurants and front desk were the best!! Especially Natalio the bartender at the pool bar he was awesome!! I’m definitely going back especially now we have the memory of getting engaged there :) I highly recommend this resort. The food was really good too you can’t go wrong for the price.

Amazing, would definitely cone back. I lost my phone in a waterproof case in the ocean and staff recovered it 2 days later with no issues. All staff are super nice, warm, welcoming, and honest. Rooms are clean and have strong air conditioning.

One of the big reasons I am giving this rating was because for the duration of our stay, we were bombarded with construction noise! I wish they had a construction notice when we booked. I had asked to be transferred but they were giving me a downgrade of my present room. I had my mother with me and she would take naps in the afternoon but ended up being so loud. Elevator was down and we were using the service elevator which was taking forever and hot! Otherwise every staff was so warm and accommodating. We love the hospitality. I felt very secured and facilities are great!

Beautiful private property well kept and tended to. Outstanding customer service from all customer service departments. Decent options for Vegetarians as well and the restaurants within the resort are top notch and give a different option if you are tired of the buffet. Beautiful property! beautiful private beach! breathtaking view. everything was amazing. all staff are so friendly and amazing. we stayed 4 nights and we went to each of 4 restaurant every night and they were all amazing. the best one was Blaze which we got off-menu entrées, porter steak and lobsters (BEYOND DELICIOUS), chef was amazing he came out and fired the food himself. what an experience!!! Thank you Luis for your recommendations and amazing table setting. couldn't ask for a better one. A big shout out to Adrian and Israel by cabanas, great service, never stopped smiling even though they run around all day in that heat like crazy. We used the spa twice and i loved how they take their time and pamper you. massage and facial both were beyond expectations. buffet food is average, I have to be honest with you, but delicious freshly made omelets. love, love and love the coffee shop, the variety of coffee selection is amazing (Im a coffee person). loved how the beach is private and has soooo many lounges and beautiful umbrellas open every day. i spent most of the time on the beach. Thank you Hyatt Ziva. will be staying again.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The staff provided outstanding service, food and drinks were high quality and the premises were well-maintained. The service at the restaurants was exemplary. The host seats you down, introduces herself, and the waiter and places the napkin on your lap. Guadeloupe was a gracious host, Vanessa, the captain at Blaze provided us a memorable experience, with a lovely conversation and introduction to the chef. They bring you a stand for your handbags too! Aureal at the coffee shop and juice area was very sweet and courteous every time he served us. There are 3 to 4 people at the buffet to keep checking for all your needs. The staff at this resort really goes above and beyond. We are regular Hyatt Ziva customers and this is our 4th time at a Ziva. We had a disappointing experience at Cancun Ziva and are very happy that this resort has renewed our faith in the brand. We can't wait to return!

It was a wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva- the staff were incredibly attentive and sweet. The hotel was beautiful and right on the private beach- it felt like we were in an episode of White Lotus because of how picturesque it was. 10/10
