The staff and service was amazing! Everyone was always smiling and helpful. The spa was also an excellent experience...ending my scrub and massage with an hour of hydrotherapy was unexpected, but someone walked me through it and it was so relaxing and peaceful...so needed!

It was a nice location; the pools were great but in general the was no sparkle to the property. The food was average. I stayed at the Hyatt Ziva Cabo and the property was much nicer in general and the food was amazing. We did have a good time.

Everything about staying at the HYATT Ziva is nothing but an amazing dream!! We have stayed with them multiple times over the years. The restaurants, private spacious beach with an amazing services and views. The staff are super friendly and always making your stay is amazing. Oh, and the room service is amazing variety of great choices. I highly recommend stay at this resort.

We purchased a swim up room for 3 people. When purchased no notification that there was going to be construction on site . The construction was in the room right above us with hammering, sawing and toxic fumes all day long. The resort eventually moved us to a standard room with no balcony and no swim up pool with the promise of a certificate for our next visit to stay in a swim up room. We are now going on 2 months and no certificate has been received. I’ve contacted the resort several times and still no certificate.
