The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself ...

Despite the fact that we already informed them through phone, nobody was present there at front desk neither anyother body to assist, i ve small kid and wife and they kept me standing for hours. Please take notice and refund my money ...
