I stay at this hotel every time I come to Dallas. However, I don’t like that if I’m staying more than one night I still expect my room clean & fresh towels in the room. I always have to go ask for towels and they never come clean the room. Besides this complaint I do enjoy staying here.

My one night stay wasn’t the best due to poor valet staff and hotel maintenance. The hotel is pretty old there were tiles broken on the floor in the bathroom, the hotel elevator was broken so it took about 10 minutes going up or down waiting for the other elevator.
