The room service lady that I spoke to over the phone was the rudest person I have ever had while staying at an hotel.. she accused me of having a dog in the room for no reason then once we got off the phone she finally got us our order she sent up our order and made sure the ice cream was completely melted. very disappointing

Being in a wheelchair I need accessibility . During my stay, the auto door to the parking garage was turned off with a sign that people were to use the adjacent doors . There was no way I could open those without help. My only other choice would have been to go around to the front in the 30 degree weather and this would require going down a scary “alley” between the hotel and the garage. Other than that it was a great stay. The handicap room was excellent!
