"Hotel was awkward to get to with 2suitcases with cobble crossings no flat surface along the route to the hotel . Hard work getting suitcases into the lift and pushing them on carpet along the corridor to our room .Beds were comfortable and room had all the amenities needed ."

"The building works currently taking place in the hotel destroyed the experience as was woken up in the early hours of the morning to banging and drilling. No advance warning was given to guests which I thought was incredibly frustrating."
