Restaurant let it down

This is a great hotel. Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. We use it whenever flying through BHX. Unfortunately service at dinner this time was poor. Could not serve tea or a latte as they had no milk! They then insisted I pay by card even though payment had been pre-authorized. Made a fuss about having to check then dropped receipt at the table without comment or apology. Will return but this left a sour taste.

Great stay before an early flight. Beds are still a bit hard, but the room had a great view of the runway which was good for my nine year old. Only issue was in the kitchen when they forgot my daughter’s burger was without cheese and then forgot to deliver the replacement. However quality of food was very good!

Very convenient for early flight. On site restaurant. We had 2 power cuts. Not really happy with the explanation that the room is on sensors so if you don’t move all the electrics go off. We slept all night and the power didn’t go off.
