Breakfast was great and included. This is not a suitable property for those with disabilities. I was put on the third floor with no lift. Despite contacting the property and receiving what I thought was assurance of on site disabled parking, I was sent to a car park a fifteen minute walk away.

Nice hotel. Spa is good unfortunately the pool was very cold and steamroom broken. Rooms were okay but need a referb, especially the bathrooms. Water stations along the corridor with still and sparkaling water was a nice touch, would be good if they came out ice cold rather than tap temperature. ...

I reguarly stay here before returning home flying from Terminal 5,it is only 20 minutes in a taxi. The Hotel is extremely well located and all of the Staff are always very helpful
