We so enjoyed this hotel. Due to coming from the states, we arrived in the morning and they accommodated us by having three rooms ready and close together. We were able to take a quick nap then tour the town and castle. Windsor is delightful and the hotel was perfect. Well done.

The property was fantastic. We loved the location and walked the streets and the Church of St. John the Baptist. So much history in the area to visit. The lunch, dinner and the breakfast food was amazingly good. The eggs Benedict were the best we’ve had in a very long time. Definitely would stay there again.

We were happy with our stay and our room. I was disappointed in the view from our room since I had requested a “city view” when making the reservation. Andy, a server in the bar area, was awesome! We are from South Carolina and we love iced tea. And made iced tea for us twice during our stay.

The restaurant food and breakfast wer excellent. Parking is a bit silly. It was difficult to find and they allow double parking without taking the keys of the double parked vehicle. Tho hotel was very nice, but the climate control was clunky, going through repeated phases of too hot/too cold for a given temperature setting.

The hotel is conveniently located to everything. Parking is available but space is limited. There is a surcharge, but we paid for 24 hours. The next morning we checked out but left our car there for the day. Anoushka was working at the reception and was very helpful and kind. The hotel has a restaurant, but there are also many restaurants/pubs within walking distance. We toured the Windsor Castle the following morning and was only a few minutes walk from hotel. After touring the castle, we had lunch in town and walked to Eton. The room was clean and comfortable.
