"Clean and big room but the AC unit was loud and has a too powerful fan that was not adjustable. The glass turntable in the microwave had chunks of melted cheese and other food on it. In room coffee is a joke. Breakfast food and the coffee was terrible, burnt, dry etc. Pool is only open 2pm-10pm."

"The air conditioning was not keeping up with demand. The lobby, elevators, and hallways were uncomfortably warm. The room thermostat could not keep up with a 72 degree setting. The room was consistently 75-76 degrees. Not terrible, but not comfortable either."

"When I arrived I requested a late check out. The clerk informed me that I would have a 1pm check out. At 11:30 a rude woman was banging on my room door yelling that i had to check out.
