We were very disappointed with our reservation, since we learned 2 hours after our check in, that the pool wasn’t open at all, we rented this hotel just because of the pool because it was my daughter school vacation and she likes to stay at hotels and enjoy the amenities, we had to change our plans and spend extra money with extra activities to compensate this weekend.
