Overall, it was a great stay. However, the staff did not see my note requesting to be close to the front lobby because I was traveling with an elderly parent. I would suggest calling the hotel if you have a request. The breakfast was very good.

Very clean and staff were great about cleaning room as soon as we left with dog each day. I do think charging $30 to check in 2 hours early was a bit ridiculous. If the rooms are clean and ready, why not check guests in and reduce back log at posted time??

We were in the same building as the pool, so there was a smell of chlorine in our room. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear a neighboring room. Other than the smell, the room was clean, the staff was excellent and helpful.
