Hyatt Place Vacation

The staff were not very friendly. We had to ask multiple times for towels and blankets as there were 4 of us and the room didn’t have enough. We stayed for 3 nights and never replenished coffee or clean cups or towels.

This was a great hotel for our family with 2 teens. We had 2 beds & a couch. It wasn’t fancy, but it was clean and felt comfortable. It’s not really walkable to anything, but it was all close enough to drive in a short amount of time.

The hotel is central to all of the Mystic attractions. Check in was quick and courteous and the rooms were well appointed, clean and nice and cool after checking in on a hot summer day !

Room was ok had a bug and spider web bathroom was hard to get in and out because of door they wanted to enter our room to fix air conditioner we stayed and people were in our room when we weren’t there won’t stay there again there is no complementary breakfast you will pay for it
