Hotel Alvar Fañez
Staff was very courteous, Laura at the reception desk and Jose (Josefa) in the breakfast area. We had poor internet reception in our suite and Laura contacted the phone company hoping to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after our 3 day stay.

Parador de Úbeda
The bathroom was not cleaned properly with hair on the floor, grime on the hand hold for the bath and the shower screen was grubby. The ambiance was pleasant but the staff in the restaurant were brusque and not very helpful.

First, the view from our room was worth the stay—gorgeous! The hotel was good. Staff had limited English but that’s to be expected off the beaten track.
