Room was very large for a hotel near Heathrow. Restaurant was excellent- very impressive. Only downside of the stay was lack of sky sports so they couldn't show the football in the bar (which was very expensive)

Nice place to stay if you need to be near the airport. There is a bus from the airport to hotels near the airport. It would be better if Hyatt has a shuttle or works something out if you book with them the transportation fee would be waved.

Staff immensely professional and welcoming. Room impeccable and quiet (fourth floor and facing rear of building and placid farm fields). Excellent dining options on-site with great, attentive waitstaff (decent English breakfasts, too!), and very, very easy ground connections to Heathrow terminals either via several regular municipal bus services (calling at Compass Centre stop just across the street from hotel) or via Hoppa Bus express airport shuttle picking up right outside hotel's front doors. A most convenient and superbly run place to stay near Heathrow. So Go Already!

Nice facility BUT room #138 was cool. Thermostat did not work. Went to desk, they sent someone to fix it but was unable to get the thermostat to work, and therefore no heat. They offered a portable heater, but I declined. Only a one-night stay. Blanket was good. According to web site, hotel was fully booked, no offer of another room was made. Ordered dinner in the lounge restaurant. Hamburger nearly 1" thick, not fresh. came in less than 5 minutes. Not good. Wifes' omelet was good. She said "don't complain". We were glad to leave first thing in the AM.
