I understand that it is a 3 star hotel. But basic necessities like water should at least be provided. We were a family of 3 and there was no water or anything in the room. We had to ask for it and they said no we can’t give it unless you’re a member. We got their most expensive room yet no water and no tissue paper in the room. The room was not so good either it wasn’t clean or comfortable the bed was squeaking and the window curtains weren’t closing properly due to which we all were up at 8 am since the light was constantly creeping in. Though close to Heathrow airport but some improvements are needed in the hotel. The staff was somewhat friendly and helpful. But they advertise that the Hoppa bus is free for people staying but they end up charging £15 for a return trip to and from the hotel aboard the bus.
