The room was lovely! Clean, modern and pretty big for London. The bed was comfortable. Very quiet for how close it was to the airport.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a bit cold and there were out of some dishes. There is a bus stop across the street that will take you to the airport for a few pounds. The local bus is cheaper than the hopper buses and just as convenient.

Good stay for business travel, but transport...

Trip was exactly as was expected for a business trip. I did arrive really early due to a change up in schedule, however, there was a partial day charge for early checkin - no complaints though as this was understandable. It was clean, quiet, and everyone was friendly. But a few notes for people needing transport - you have to pay for the shuttle (uses credit card), it adds delay so you may be waiting longer than expected either at the airport or hotel. (I took a taxi from the airport since I wanted to sleep). In the morning, I took the hotel hoppa bus to terminal 5 - it added 20~ min delay. If you are taking an Uber from that area... it takes awhile to get one. It was the evening, I had multiple cancels, so don't rely on it potentially.

It’s near the airport, but the service was extremely slow, and no one from the front desk or from room service would pick up our calls. We had to walk downstairs each time we wanted something. Overall, if you want to be near the airport, the hotel is fine. If you want to be near the airport and enjoy the hotel, I wouldn’t go here. Personally, I don’t plan on ever going back.
