Had a wonderful night. Masani(don't know if I spelt it right) and the other trying gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. I don't usually stay at the Hyatt brand but the energy from the staff and he answering of questions was phenomenal. I highly recommend Hyatt to anyone connecting via London.

Great staff and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Shuttle service to airport is fee based, not a free hotel shuttle. Dining options really limited to the hotel, as there is not a lot around the airport. Worked for an overnight prior to a early morning flight out.

Had to get used to the fact that our room lights were turned on by using the room card in a slot. The receptionist, Masans (?) was extremely helpful and loaned us a plug converter for our US appliances. The tub was high off the floor and the plumbing fixtures took a little experience to take a shower, but the room and hotel were clean and well-kept and the staff was helpful.

We stayed here close to the airport to catch our flight. We were cancelled due to air Canada’s strike so getting another night was easy. The bar and lounge staff as well as the check in staff were very helpful and friendly. Prices for food and drink are certainly comparable to what we paid around London the week before. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your airport travel. There isn’t a free hotel shuttle but the Hotel Hoppa bus wasn’t pricey
