Customer Service unsatisfactory stay was good. I was charged incidentals with no explanation. Front desk lady Sofia was rude and co descending on more than one interaction to include poor check in placed me in different rooms after requesting combined room in advance. Manager fixed that problem and was very kind, however Sofia needs additional training on soft skills, people interaction and just being kind.

There isn't much in Socorro so this may have been our best option. The staff were very nice and helpful. The facilities have been as cleaned up as possible, but the facilities are tired.
