Two-star hotel
"The price-quality ratio does not match. The provided sheets and towels were really dirty, and they were not changed, they were only reapplied. Upon request, we got new towels, but they didn't look clean either. We pulled the bed away from the wall, and there was a lot of dust and food (?) behind it. The cleaners repeatedly pushed the bed back into the wall, but did not clean up the mess.
There were some insects walking in the floor drain of the bathroom toilet all the time. Carpets in the corridors... However, we are happy to say that we did not encounter any bed bugs or cockroaches.
Bad location too. Four stars is a complete exaggeration: I would say a two-star hotel.
