What can I say, this hotel is truly first class in every way. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless, warm, and unmistakably upscale. Our room was spotless, with impeccable white-glove cleanliness and flawless housekeeping. There was always plenty of drinking water provided, along with both coffee and tea service in the room, which we really appreciated. We paid a great rate and were assigned a twin room, which was perfectly comfortable and absolutely fine for our stay. The linens were top-of-the-line, crisp, sparkling white, and pressed to perfection. Fresh towels every day and a beautifully refreshed room after each housekeeping service made returning to our room a genuine pleasure. The rooftop pool area on the 3rd floor was lovely, offering a peaceful escape with attentive food and drink service. You could enjoy lunch or dinner right at your lounger, or dine in the designated seating area, all while taking in views of the city alongside the greenery of the nearby park, a wonderful balance of urban and serene. The location is ideal, set in one of Kuala Lumpur’s trendiest areas and within easy reach of everything. The doormen greeted us warmly each day with genuine smiles, always asking how our day had been. Those small touches truly set this hotel apart. We had an amazing time! The staff went above and beyond every step of the way from check-in to the pool to housekeeping. The turndown service was top notch and the food by the pool is cooked right next to you. It’s some of the best food I’ve had. I would definitely go back to this property and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to KL.

Our second time staying at the MO KL. It didn’t disappoint. We had club access which was extremely useful if you want to work on your laptop or take meetings outside of your room, you can use the club, very convenient, comfortable and great views over KLCC park and the Petronas Towers. The club offering refreshments and an alternative location for breakfast was brilliant as we were staying over Christmas the hotel was extremely busy. We tried breakfast both on the main ground floor and at the club, more variety and fresher tasting fruit on the ground floor but less crowded and more intimate on the club floor. Didn’t have time to use the pool this time but it’s fantastic, used the well equipped and large gym daily! All hotel gyms should be like this! Thank you to the team at MO KL for making our stay memorable and a special Christmas trip.

Room cleaning was excellent and staff were brilliant. Our room overlooked the park and dancing fountains which looked great, specially at night . We also could see the Petronas twin towers. Large shopping mall was next to the hotel. Would recommend for facilities, food, staff and position for exploring Kuala Lumpur.

What a wonderful experience! The hotel, the location, the staff. All 5 stars! We were lucky enough to get a special deal with Expedia to stay in the Club Rooms for an amazing price, with breakfast, afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks included. The staff were so attentive and kind. The location was great - closer to the MRT than expected and under cover all the way there. This is our second visit to KL and we would stay here again. Happily.

Breakfast menu excellent. Rooms clean and well appointed. Evening cocktail offering in the Club Lounge not what it was, which was disappointing. No lunch provided in the club lounge anymore, which added to the disappointment. This stay nowhere near as good as previous visits.
