A great property, with a well-balanced layout and activities. The only negative was the somewhat average food offered at all meals. There is room for improvement on that aspect, otherwise a lovely hotel.

Had to move rooms 3 times. First one at no bathtub, which we requested ahead of time. Second room was by the large pool where you could here the boom boom of the bass through the wall. Iberostar Waves Cozumel - All Inclusive
Check in was very bad. Reserved a specific room which was not ready until after 4pm. Check in manager was very rude and raised her voice to me. My husband spoke to the hotel manager about it. We have stayed there 3 times so far for scuba diving but I will not be back.
