Staff was very friendly. You have to get your own towels from the pool area for ur room. That was a pis$ off. Only half a roll of toilet paper in the room. Room was so dark no lighting. Had a two queen bedroom but only one bed came with a quilt other one was just a sheet.

Location is great. parking was difficult to find. Staff were really friendly. Lack of any amenities that come with stay. Major problem with elevators.We would wait 10 minutes and when an elevator finally showed up it was full. there are no stair options as all stairwells are emergency exit only.
