I booked for 2 queens beds but they just offered me 1 bed with a sofa bed. They said the maintenance was not able to ready the room. This is not accepted and not trustable even Hotels.com cause, they did not do any after I chatted through the app.

Clean and quiet

Went for volleyball provincials. The hotel was close to west Edmonton mall and plenty of other shopping. The room was clean, spacious, very quiet and had comfortable beds. We'd definitely choose the Hyatt place for future Edmonton trips.
