Great hotel

This is my favorite place to stay when coming to edmonton. Staff is very nice..rooms are clean..and they have a great complimentary breakfast in the morning. Also if your here for west edmonton mall it is only a 5 min drive from the hotel. Will absolutely stay here again.

Nice breakfast and amenities. Did not use, but saw individual TV viewing "booths" near reception, which was kind of cool. Barn door bathroom did not insulate noise. Took ~10 min to get to WEM, not the 2 min advertised.

Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Sofa beds should not be counted as beds as they are in terrible shape. Sofa’s need to be cleaned, they were quite dirty. Service and staff was excellent and were ext quick to come and bring extra towels etc.

Comfortable 2 night stay

Comfortable stay, nice newer hotel. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected, breakfast room became very crowded with lineups for food and sometimes nowhere to sit. Just a function of a very large hotel with many guests. There was always lots of available parking.

This is a modern hotel and the rooms are quite lovely. Front desk staff was very helpful. They had a bunch of fun candy/chocolate/chip options for sale at the front desk, which is always a nice touch. Hotel bar/restaurant was convenient to have right there. Breakfast was really good! Huge lineup but that’s to be expected. Would stay here again for sure.

Staying here with my wife and kids. Great parking, friendly staff and the kids loved the pool. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, really top notch! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Edmonton.
