Fast and efficient check-in. Handy shuttle to and from the airport and a large mall. The staffs are doing the best they can with a hotel that needs an update. While it was clean the carpet is quite dirty and furniture dated.

They had breakfast buffet. Also have shops and restaurants around the hotel. There was Aeon department store with 100 yen shops as well. Free bus shuttle service to the Narita airport. Narita train station was also near by to walk there if you didn’t have any heavy suitcases.
