Our stay was smooth and easy, the only thing is that there was a big group of some sort of team staying and they we a little noise and knocking on our door (probably thinking our room was ine of their group) other than that and a little leak on the toilet everything was good including the breakfast!

The hotel location is great, you get to spend time at Narita city, close enough to the airport, the transfer service works smoothly. All the members from the staff are very helpful and professional.

Really lovely hotel to start our trip to Japan with! In a handy location not far from the station and with the gorgeous shrine complex nearby, it was very pleasant!
