The staff is amazing always helpful. The shuttle service is phenomenal. They are on a time schedule and they are very professional. I really loved how on time they were. They have a schedule and it is followed to a T. The lobby is clean and there is someone there by the doors directing the incoming customers. The room was clean and spacious enough for 4 ppl. I also utilized the laundry facility and it was clean with plenty of machines available. They have a Lawson’s on site that is open 24 hrs which also has a post office delivery box. This property is beautiful and has so many amenities that I can’t possible put them on here.

Excellent hotel for connection. Easy access to the airport with hotel shuttle. The room is slightly dated but it is just for connection. It is roomy and clean. I love the little coffee shop, the small convenient store and the gift shop. Nice restaurants. Will stay again next time. Highly recommend.

My one night stay is amazing. Super fast check in and helpful staff allow me to check in early . Room is great , clean and quiet even is just next to the lift . Breakfast is great with nice variety . Very convenient going to the nearby mall and station . Free shuttle make it better . All in super great one night stay . Highly recommended and price is pretty reasonable for such a nice hotel .

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is conveniently located next to the airport, with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. It's a bit dated but clean. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The skybar is also very cool but fills up fast. I would stay here again.

Cozy hotel very near the airport with free shuttle service from/to the airport. Staff is very kind and check-in was really smooth. Everything was takes with great care

Excellent stay before flying

Good value for money. Nice room and clean. Closed to the airport with free shuttles every 20 to 30 minutes. Recommended before flying.

We like check in this hotel every time, we arrive at Narita. Staff are helpful and friendly. Also they have free shuttle bus to the terminal

Just ok

The staff was great and helpful so definitely no issues there! However, the room wasn’t as clean as we expected like all the other hotels we stayed at throughout Japan. The bathroom was the worst, but we luckily brought Clorox wipes with us and had to clean it. We only stayed 2 nights and we weren’t there during the day so it wasn’t too bad, but if we needed to be inside all day, I’m not too sure we would have chosen to stay that 2nd night.
